SELLER:
Seller  make available to the buyer the goods at a known location at a specified time for pickup and allow him to load on the vehicle provided by the buyer, whose characteristics he has previously announced and coordinated with the seller in order to prepare the logistics process - loading.
When the buyer settles his obligations to the seller, the buyer informs him that the goods are ready for pickup.
At the request of the buyer, the seller provides assistance to prepare the relevant documents.

BUYER:
Buyer  picks up the goods within the agreed time at the agreed place after paying the agreed price.
It bears all the costs and risk of the goods from the moment they are received.
The goods are sold under the EXW clause - which means that the buyer must pick up the goods at the seller's location, which must be previously contractually agreed.
If the buyer does not pick up the goods within the time agreed upon, the seller under the contract may charge him all costs incurred as a result of the non-performance of the pickup at a specific location.
Before picking up the goods, the buyer must inform the seller of the exact information and characteristics of the means of transport with which he will take over the goods in order to prepare the loading.
The buyer must follow the order and schedule of the seller regarding the loading of the goods.10-day Bid Option to prepare a contract for a buyer to send a LOI or complete order with buyer company generals.
In case the buyer is a military legal entity or a legal entity related to military structures in case of procurement for such needs, then he must also add EUC (end-user certificate) or Slovenian End User Certificate to the order.
